All Star Moving did a good job for me on my move from the West Village to the Upper West Side. Everything went quite smoothly.
I called up All Star Moving to schedule an on-site visit at the apartment that I was moving from so that they could provide pricing that "would not be exceeded" even if the move took longer than they estimated. The estimate guy came on time, assessed the number of things that I needed moved, and gave a written "would not exceed" amount. Then I scheduled the move date. The guys showed up on time and moved everything with no problem. The move ended up taking a couple of hours longer than estimated (due to the large number of boxes that I had). The movers actually tried to charge me for all the hours worked which was more than the "would not exceed amount". I told them that I would only pay the "would not exceed" and they didn't argue so I was OK with it. I gave them a tip as I had been given the headsup to do by the sales guy.
