Selecting a bathroom sink was a tough decision for me and my wife and it took a while for us to select one. We ended up selecting the Duravit "Happy D" and are very happy with our choice. It's one of the deeper sinks around which was a key criteria for my wife. In addition, it looks very nice with it's "D" shape and it's towel rack is very useful.
In addition, the measurements were a perfect fit for our bathroom. The Grohe Talia (20892) Faucet and Lever Handles (18077) go very well with the "Happy D" sink.
I bought the sink at Gracious Home. They had a decent price but we were generally unimpressed by the usefulness of their sales people. I recommend that you check out New York Replacements (who we found out about after we placed our order at Gracious Home) for your bathroom fixture needs.
